The short version

  • The official store is biolongevitylabs.com. Its support address is help@biolongevitylabs.com.
  • The company's oral supplement line also runs on biolongevitysupplements.com and biolongevityhealth.com.
  • We found four other domains using the name that the official site doesn't link to, two of them registered in 2026.
  • The 2.8 Trustpilot score you may have seen is for biolongevitylabs.online, one of those other domains.

biolongevitylabs.com is the research peptide store, with the public COA database, the product catalog and the checkout. Its subdomains (wholesale, affiliates, tracking links starting go. or t.) are also the company's own.

biolongevitysupplements.com and biolongevityhealth.com sell BioLongevity's oral supplement line. Both domains were registered within the same second in April 2025. The health site lists the company's Akron, Ohio address, uses help@biolongevitylabs.com for support, and links back to the main store. Our BioLongevity Supplements review covers that line.

The lookalikes we found

These domains use the BioLongevity name but aren't linked from the official store. We can't say who runs them. We can show what's public about each one, checked on October 22, 2026.

biolongevitylab.onlineNot publicLists Retatrutide 20mg at $59.48. The official store doesn't sell Retatrutide at all right now.
biolongevitylabs.onlineNot publicThe domain behind the 2.8 Trustpilot page. Showed a database error when we checked.
biolongevity-lab.comMarch 24, 2026Copies product names and descriptions, for example the KLOW blend page.
biolongevitylabspeptides.comMay 19, 2026Sells BPC-157 at $99.90, close to the official price. Showed a bot-check page.
biolongevityresearch.comApril 26, 2025Lists the KLOW blend at $274.97, the official price. Registered around the brand's launch, so it may be an older company domain. Unconfirmed.

Why the Trustpilot score is misleading

When you search for BioLongevity Labs reviews, a Trustpilot page with a 2.8 average shows up near the top. Look at the address: it's for biolongevitylabs.online, a different domain.

That doesn't mean the official store has no unhappy customers. Our Reddit summary covers the real complaints. It does mean that particular score can't be read as a verdict on biolongevitylabs.com.

Five quick checks:

  • The address bar reads exactly biolongevitylabs.com, with nothing added or swapped.
  • Prices match the official store. A price far below it, like $59 Retatrutide, is the clearest warning sign.
  • The certificate for your product opens in the official COA database without an account.
  • Support emails come from @biolongevitylabs.com.
  • Payment is a normal card checkout. Be wary of crypto-only or Zelle-only payment.
