The recurring themes are delivery delays and slow support rather than counterfeit product, and the Trustpilot average has risen from 2.9 to 3.5 since, but anyone searching the brand will read the threads first.
Every product page on this store replaces the price with "Log In for Professional Pricing." Reaching a figure means an approved account, and the application runs on two tracks: individuals sign a Research Declaration and a Compliance Certification, institutions verify an EIN and supply an organisational website. Review is manual.
We did not open an account, because a Research Declaration is a signed statement about your identity and your intended use, and supplying one falsely to reach a price list is a false declaration.
