A certificate you can pull from the issuing lab is much harder to fake than a PDF the seller hosts. We read this on October 22, 2026; earlier versions of this review said the labs were unnamed, which is no longer true.

Its Retatrutide profile records two early purity misses followed by better identity and purity results on later batches. That trend is reassuring, but it means an older batch number is worth checking against its certificate.
BioLongevity's oral capsule sites sell products containing tesofensine, GW-501516 (Cardarine), BAM15 and larazotide, marketed for daily use. That's a different and riskier business from the research vial store reviewed here. Our BioLongevity Supplements review covers it product by product.
Several domains not linked from biolongevitylabs.com sell under the BioLongevity name, including biolongevitylab.online (listing Retatrutide at $59) and biolongevitylabs.online. Order only from biolongevitylabs.com.
Per the vendor's own policy, opened products cannot be returned at all, and unopened returns carry a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. That is standard for the category given the regulatory framing, but it means there is effectively no way to recover the cost of an order once it ships.
The policy states the buyer consents to IP address verification and agrees to submit research results annually to keep their account active. Read that policy before ordering, not after.
The top Reddit result for this brand is a thread titled "Stay Away from Biolongevity Labs" on r/Biohackers. The main points: prices are high, the poster doubts the US-made claim, and there's a separate story about a COA request that went badly.
On price, the complaint holds. A 10mg vial of BPC-157 lists at $99.97, which sits at the top of the market. Code ATLAS15 and the 3, 6 and 9-unit bulk tiers narrow the gap. They don't close it.
On COAs, the situation has changed since those threads. Certificates are now public before purchase, and two of the three named labs let you verify a certificate on their own site.
On US manufacturing, we can't confirm where synthesis happens, and neither can anyone posting about it. What we can confirm is that finished batches are tested by outside US labs.

Most results are in line with the label. The Retatrutide profile is the weak spot: two early purity misses, then better results on later batches. Treat that as a reason to match your batch number to its certificate, which takes a minute on the COA database.

It publishes a physical return address and phone contact, credits a named board-certified physician as scientific reviewer, and maintains a public COA library. That's a more transparent setup than most vendors in this category. But it's still an unregulated research-chemical seller. Not a licensed pharmacy. Nothing it sells is an approved consumer product.
