The domain is the part that matters
.online is not .com. The brand's store, the one its certificates and products sit on and the one our review covers, is biolongevitylabs.com.
We could not establish who runs the .online address. It may be an alternate the company registered, the way Limitless Biotech holds two domains plus a lookalike on a .st extension. It may be unrelated. Neither we nor Trustpilot can tell you from that page.
What we can say is that a score attached to one domain is being read by searchers as a verdict on another, and nothing on the listing warns them.
Five reviews is not a rating
A 2.8 from five people means roughly two bad experiences and some middle ground. One more unhappy customer moves it meaningfully; one more happy one moves it back.
Compare that with the review widgets we see on vendor sites themselves, which routinely claim tens of thousands and which we mark as stated rather than verified for the opposite reason: the seller controls the display.
Both failure modes are real. A number controlled by the seller tells you little. A number built from five strangers tells you little. Neither is a reason to buy or not buy.
And the category is odd
Trustpilot lists the entry under Internet Marketing Service.
Businesses pick their own category when they claim a listing. A peptide supplier describing itself as an internet marketing service is a mismatch worth noticing, though it has several innocent explanations including a whoever-set-it-up error.
It does mean the listing is not sitting alongside other supplement or laboratory businesses, which is where a prospective buyer would expect to find it.
What to use instead
If you want third-party signal on this brand, there is better available than five reviews on the wrong domain.
The Reddit thread at position one, which carries more than 70 comments and a specific billing complaint, covered on our is it legit page.
The certificate comparison on r/ScienceBioTechnology that describes 55 products with HPLC-UV, mass spectrometry and a named issuing laboratory.
Our own claim-by-claim review, which grades what the company publishes rather than averaging strangers.
And whatever you read, check the domain in the address bar before you order. That is the single habit that protects you most in this category.
