Telehealth GLP-1 prescriptions, ranked

Everything in this category is a prescription medication, dispensed by mail after an online clinician review, not an over-the-counter supplement. It covers eleven brands: Vaylen, Zenbody, Shed, Strut Health, Found, Gala Health, Pallas Health, MEDGm, Lttl, SnagRx and HumeCare+. Most sell compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, which are not FDA-approved. A few also prescribe the brand-name pens.

The order below comes from the same five checks applied to every brand, not from price or commission: is an ongoing price stated, is the prescriber named, is a pharmacy named, is there a refund or guarantee beyond medical disqualification, and is there no FDA warning letter addressed to the brand. Brands rank by checks passed, and ties break toward fewer red flags, where a public FDA warning letter counts as three, and then by name. The regulatory ground is moving. In March 2026 FDA warned 30 telehealth companies over compounded GLP-1 marketing, and Strut Health's own warning letter is public.
