The short version

  • Erth is roughly half the price per milligram. 300mg a pouch for $34.99 works out at about 11.7 cents per mg, against roughly 20 to 24 cents for Hometown Hero's live rosin gummies.
  • With 25ATLAS that falls to about 8.7 cents, which is the cheapest per-mg figure of any brand in this comparison.
  • It is not like for like. Hometown Hero's headline gummies are solventless live rosin at 25mg a piece. Erth's standard strain gummies are 10mg.
  • Dose per gummy is the thing to check first. 10mg, 25mg and 30mg products all exist, and the wrong one is a bad evening regardless of price.

Why the gap is smaller than it looks

We would rather you had this than a clean win for either side.

Hometown Hero's flagship gummies are solventless live rosin, a concentrate that costs considerably more to produce than distillate. You are paying for an extraction method as much as for the cannabinoid. Erth's strain gummies use live resin terpenes, which is a different and cheaper thing despite the similar name.

The dose is also different in a way that matters more than the price. A 25mg gummy is two and a half times a 10mg one, so a pack with fewer, stronger pieces is not worse value just because it holds less total THC. If 25mg is your dose, buying 10mg gummies means eating two and a half of them.

Where Erth genuinely wins on cost is the straightforward case: a standard 10mg Delta-9 gummy, bought in a 30-piece pouch, at the lowest per-mg price in this table.

Beyond the price per milligram

The brands people also raise

Two more come up often enough to name. Higher Education sells roughly 30mg of Delta-9 per gummy, three times Erth's standard piece, so it sits in the high-tolerance bracket rather than competing on price. TRE House is the one most often rated above Erth specifically on mushroom products, which is worth knowing if that is what you are shopping for rather than THC.

We have not reviewed any of these three to the standard we hold our own brand pages to, so treat this section as orientation rather than a verdict.

Which to buy

For a standard 10mg Delta-9 gummy at the lowest cost per mg, Erth. $34.99 a pouch, or $26.24 with 25ATLAS, which is the best rate available to anyone without a subscription or a verification check.

For a 25mg live rosin gummy, pay the premium, because Erth does not make the equivalent and eating two and a half 10mg gummies is not the same product.

Either way, check your state first. Erth publishes a per-cannabinoid restricted-state list and Delta-9 is blocked in six states, which our legality guide sets out in full. Our Erth Wellness review covers what we verified and what we flagged, including a California Proposition 65 notice. To order, erthwellness.com.
