Erth's lab-testing page names SC Labs as its cannabinoid profiling provider, a named third party you can go and check. We did not audit every lot, so read this as confirmed for the product we opened.

The shipping policy also tells buyers directly that Delta-8, Delta-9 and Delta-10 rules change frequently and that they should check their own state. That is more compliance effort than many competitors make.

The other 11 labels include Royal Queen Seeds cannabis seeds, Road Trip Mushroom Co. gummies and chocolate, FVKD and Loud THCA vapes and pre-rolls, and a kratom seltzer. In December 2024 a 60-day notice of violation was filed against Erth Wellness, Inc. under California Proposition 65. The record is public.
AG number 2024-05321, filed 18 December 2024 by Biosphere Watch Group SPC through the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa. The chemical named is delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. Named products include Full Spectrum Daily Softgels, SLEEP+ Gummies, Delta-9 THC Gummies and Full Spectrum Gummies.
Read it carefully, though. This is no recall. No finding of wrongdoing, no failed safety test, no claim that anything was contaminated or mislabelled for potency. Proposition 65 is a labelling law, and the allegation here is a missing warning.
What it is: a private enforcement notice of the kind that starts most Prop 65 actions, filed during a wave that swept much of the hemp industry after Delta-9-THC was listed for reproductive toxicity.
Since then, the warning has appeared. The Sleep+ gummies page now carries the delta-9-THC pregnancy warning in full, with the state link, which is precisely what the notice said was missing.
We publish the notice anyway. It is verifiable public record about a brand we earn commission from, it names products the shop sells heavily, and it is the likeliest answer to a question real buyers type: why Erth is hard to get in California. The longer version is at is Erth Wellness legit.
Across Reddit threads and the complaint-shaped searches people run about this brand, one theme repeats, and it is not whether the gummies work. It is money leaving an account again. There is an August 2026 thread about a recurring charge, and alongside it people search for how to cancel an Erth Wellness order.
Erth runs a subscribe-and-save programme, and its own footer link for it points at the account login page, so a subscription is managed from inside an account rather than from a link in an email. Check the checkout for a subscription toggle before paying and keep the confirmation email.

Everything here is sold under the 2018 Farm Bill threshold of no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Read that carefully. It is a percentage of the product’s own weight rather than a dose cap, which is why a heavy gummy or a 100mg chocolate bar can be intoxicating and federally compliant hemp at the same time.
So these products can get you high, and they are sold as legal hemp. Both at once. State law decides whether you can actually buy them, and Erth gates its catalog by the state you pick.
