The short answer

Erth Wellness
Lion's Mane Nootropic Gummies (10:1 Fruiting Body Extract)
Erth Wellness is a real, traceable company. It files as Erth Wellness, Inc., at 17905 Sky Park Circle, Suite J, Irvine, California, it is BBB accredited, and it holds a 4.6 Trustpilot average across roughly 270 reviews. Compared with the anonymous storefronts that fill the hemp-derived THC category, that is a strong set of signals.
It's not a clean sheet, either. There's a state filing worth reading, and a pattern in the complaints specific enough to act on. Both are below.
The Proposition 65 notice
In December 2024, a 60-day notice of violation was filed against Erth Wellness, Inc. under California's Proposition 65. The details are public record:
| Field | Detail |

| Date filed | 18 December 2024 |
| Noticing party | Biosphere Watch Group SPC |

| Allegation | Sold without the clear Prop 65 warning required for reproductive harm |
California Attorney General 60-day notice, filed 18 December 2024
What that notice does and does not mean
This part matters. A filing like this is easy to wave around and just as easy to dismiss, and neither move is honest.
What it is not. It is not a finding of wrongdoing, a recall, a safety test failure, or a claim that anything was contaminated or mislabelled for potency. Proposition 65 is a labelling law. The allegation is about a missing warning.
What it is. A private enforcement notice, filed by a watchdog group through a law firm, which is how most Prop 65 actions begin. Delta-9-THC was added to the Prop 65 list for reproductive toxicity, and a large share of the hemp industry received notices in the same wave. Erth was one name on a long list.
Why we publish it anyway. It is a verifiable public record about a brand we earn commission from, it names specific products including the SLEEP+ gummies the shop sells heavily, and it is the most likely explanation for a question people actually type into Google: why Erth is not available in California. Our legality page covers the state picture.
The warning is there now
This is the part we would have missed if we had only read the court filing, so it matters.
We opened the Sleep+ gummies page on October 25, 2026. It carries the Proposition 65 warning in full: consuming the product during pregnancy exposes your child to delta-9-THC, which can affect behaviour and learning ability, with a link to P65Warnings.ca.gov/cannabis. That is precisely the warning the December 2024 notice said was missing.
We cannot tell you how or when it was added, and we are not claiming the notice was resolved. What we can tell you is what is on the page today. Publishing the filing without this would leave you with a worse picture of the brand than the evidence supports.
The same page also links a dated certificate of analysis PDF under a Lab Reports tab, readable without an account, and Erth's lab-testing page names SC Labs as the provider of its cannabinoid profiling. A named lab you can go and check is a meaningfully stronger signal than an unnamed one.
What the reviews say

Erth Wellness
THC Gummies: Granddaddy Purple (Calming)
The positive signal here is genuinely strong. It's worth separating the sources, though.
| Source | What we found |
|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 4.6 average from about 270 reviews |
| BBB | Accredited business, listed under vitamins and supplements |
| On-site review counts | Product pages show very large counts, for example 13,617 on one sample item |
| Reddit r/trees | A 120-plus comment thread and a 73-post thread, broadly positive on the gummies |
| Company claim | 350,000-plus customers and 33,000-plus verified reviews, stated on its own site |
Review and trust signals, October 2026
The complaint that keeps coming up
Reading across Reddit and the complaint-shaped searches people run, one theme repeats and it is not about whether the product works.
It's billing. There's an August 2026 thread about being charged for a recurring order, and the searches clustering around it are things like how to cancel an Erth Wellness order. Erth runs a subscribe-and-save programme, and managing it means logging into an account rather than clicking a link in an email.
If you order here, read the checkout screen for a subscription toggle before you pay, and keep the confirmation email. We go through the cancellation route, and the separate Erth Labs name that muddies these threads, on our Erth Wellness vs Erth Labs page.
What we could verify ourselves
Our full review grades claim by claim. In short: the corporate identity, the BBB accreditation, the Prop 65 notice, the per-state purchase gating and the published policies all check out against primary sources.
What we couldn't confirm independently is everything the brand says about itself: the 350,000 customer figure, the 33,000 verified reviews, the Oregon and California growing claim, and the blanket statement that every product is third-party tested. Those may well be accurate. They're the vendor's word, and we mark them that way.
Our verdict
Legitimate, on the evidence. A named California corporation, BBB accredited, a 4.6 review average, public policies, per-state compliance gating and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee are not the profile of a scam.
Two things to go in with your eyes open about. Watch the checkout for a subscription you did not intend, and understand that this is a hemp-derived THC product whose legal status depends on where you live, not a supplement. If you order, erthwellness.com is the shop and 25ATLAS takes 25% off, though our discount code page explains the free-shipping catch first.
