What they sell

THCA disposables, cartridges, diamonds, badder, crumble and hash rosin dabs, plus Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10 and Delta-11 edibles and gummies, THC-P, THC-B, THC-V and THC-H blends, tinctures, flower and cannabis seeds.

What this actually is

Everything here is a hemp-derived cannabinoid product, sold under the 2018 Farm Bill threshold of no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Different legal category from a vitamin or a peptide. THCA converts to Delta-9 THC when heated, which is the whole point of a THCA vape, so treat these as intoxicating whatever the label reads. State law decides whether you can buy them, this is for adults 21 and over, and nothing here is medical advice.

Every claim, checked one at a time

Graded by whether we could confirm it ourselves or are only repeating what the vendor states. A vendor's honesty about its own testing is a different question from what a published trial shows, so this is a separate scale from the evidence grades on our guides.

Per-strain certificates of analysis are published on product pages

Confirmed

We opened the 3.5g THCA disposable listing and found ten certificate PDFs, one per strain, linked directly from the page with no account needed. The one we checked was last updated in May 2025. Per-strain documents are more useful than a single catalogue-wide file, because a vape's cannabinoid profile differs strain to strain.

Where the vendor states this

The main lab results page is years out of date

Confirmed

The /lab-results page carries 184 certificate PDFs. 157 were uploaded in 2023 and 26 in 2024, with nothing from 2025 or 2026. The current documents live in a separate folder reached only from product pages. Anyone judging Binoid from the page it calls its lab results would get a worse impression than the evidence deserves.

Where the vendor states this

Prices are presented as permanent discounts

Confirmed

Every item we saw across the THCA category carried an ON SALE badge with a struck-through higher figure, for instance $30.99 against $59.99 and $37.99 against $59.99. A reference price that is never actually charged is an anchor rather than a discount. Judge the cash price, not the saving.

Where the vendor states this

Age-gated to 21 and over with free, discreet shipping

Confirmed

Stated on the site and in the shipping policy, which also sets out that orders are processed every day except Sundays and national holidays.

Where the vendor states this

Trusted by over 113,000 reviewers at a 4.8 average

Their claim

Printed on the brand's own homepage carousel. We have not audited the review platform or matched the count against a third-party source, and on-site review widgets are not independently verifiable.

Where the vendor states this

Products ship only to states where the sale is legal

Unverified

The shipping policy says Delta-8 products will only be sold where legally allowed, but publishes no list of which states those are. We could not find one anywhere on the site. Erth Wellness, by contrast, publishes a full per-cannabinoid restricted-state table. Without a list, a buyer cannot check their own state before ordering.

Where the vendor states this

What holds up

  • Certificates are published per strain on the product page rather than as one catalogue-wide file, and they open without an account.
  • The cannabinoid range is unusually broad: nine distinct lines including THC-B, THC-V and THC-H that most retailers do not carry.
  • Free and discreet shipping is stated with no minimum order.
  • Loyalty, referral and wholesale programmes are all documented, as is a dedicated subscription cancellation policy.

What we'd flag

  • The lab results page actively misleads about testing currency

Nothing on /lab-results is newer than 2024, while current per-strain documents sit in a different folder linked only from product pages. The brand is testing more recently than its own lab page suggests, and the page it points people to undersells it.

  • No published restricted-state list

The policy says Delta-8 ships only where legal but never says where that is. You cannot check your own state before ordering, which is a real gap in a category where state law changes several times a year.

  • Permanent sale pricing

Every product we saw was marked down from a higher figure that appears never to be charged. A 10% code on top of an anchor price is worth less than it looks. Compare the cash price against another retailer, not against the struck-through number.

  • THCA is intoxicating in use, whatever the raw label says

THCA stays non-psychoactive until heated, and heating is exactly what a vape or a dab does. Products sold as compliant hemp on a raw-weight basis can be strongly intoxicating in practice. Legal under the Farm Bill as written, and a long way from what most people assume the word hemp means.

The lab page undersells the testing

This is the oddest thing about Binoid, and it runs the opposite way to the usual complaint. It is not a cover-up, it is a filing problem.

Its /lab-results page holds 184 certificate PDFs. We counted them: 157 uploaded in 2023, 26 in 2024, nothing newer. On its own that reads badly for a shop selling current stock.

Then we opened an actual product listing. The 3.5g THCA disposable links ten certificates, one per strain, from a different folder entirely. The one we checked was last updated in May 2025. So the testing is far more current than the lab page implies, and the page the brand points people to is the problem.

We would rather report that than the headline the lab page alone would have given us. If you are checking Binoid's documents, don't use the lab page. Use the product page.

What the permanent sale actually means

Every product across the THCA category showed an ON SALE badge with a struck-through figure: $30.99 against $59.99, $37.99 against $59.99, $39.99 against $73.00.

A reference price that is never charged is an anchor, not a discount. It makes a 48% saving look routine and makes a 10% code look like a rounding error on top.

The cash prices are genuinely competitive for the format, so this is not a complaint about value. It is a warning about the arithmetic. Compare $37.99 against what another retailer charges, never against the $59.99 beside it.

Where Erth Wellness does better

One straight comparison, because it is the thing most likely to cost a Binoid buyer money or a returned parcel.

Erth publishes a full restricted-state table: Delta-9 blocked in six states, Delta-8 in twenty-five, kratom in five plus named counties. Binoid says only that Delta-8 ships where legally allowed, with no list anywhere on the site.

Our Erth Wellness review and state legality guide cover that table in full, and it is worth reading before ordering from either shop.

Common questions

On what we can verify, yes. It publishes per-strain certificates on its product pages, the one we opened was updated in May 2025, prices and policies are public, and shipping terms are documented. The things we flag are a lab-results page that is years out of date, no published restricted-state list, and permanent sale pricing.

Every fact above traces to one of these pages, published by the vendor itself and checked on October 26, 2026. Vendor policy pages change without notice, so if something here looks out of date, it probably is.
